What we collect
When you book, we collect your name, contact details, service address, and information about your dog including breed, age, weight, vaccination status and any behavioral or medical notes you give us.
Why we collect it
To schedule and deliver your sessions, to reach you about a booking, to route the van, and to keep your dog safe during exercise. We do not sell your information.
Who processes it
Our scheduling and payment is handled by TimeTap, which stores your booking details and dog profile on our behalf. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store full card numbers.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as you are a client and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet tax and insurance obligations. Ask us to delete your information and we will, except where we are required to retain it.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses only what it needs to function. If we add analytics, this policy will be updated to say what is collected before it goes live.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and opt out of marketing messages at any time without affecting your bookings.
